Green Cream Breakfast Smoothie
Non-dairy milk* (1-2 cups)
1x Organic Banana
1/2 - 1 Organic Celery Stock
1/2 Cup Organic Raw Cashews
1/4 Cup Organic Hemp Seeds
1 Cup Organic Fresh (or Frozen) Spinach
1 Cup Fruit of Your Choice (Apples, Peaches, Grapes, Mangos, Kiwi, Mixed Berries, etc)
1 Cup Filtered Ice
*I make cashew milk at home with spring water & raw organic cashews

Use organic ingredients
Vitamix blenders are king and not only for smoothie making
Prefer extra sweetness? — Add 1-2 Dates OR 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Smoothie is not always “Green” in color depending on the fruits you chose to add
Filtered Ice - I like to make my own ice cubes with Spring Water
If you are having a hard time blending don’t be scared to add extra Spring Water to the blender to get the right texture
